I never thought the day would come, but here it is. I’m not going to justify it, or make excuses, or prattle on about how this blog’s going to be different; I’m just going to get up here and go for it, come what may.
Over the months I’ll slowly throw down whatever links and resources I find personally helpful, along with personal projects that are either mid-stream, almost-complete, or in serious need of some guidance. In essence, THE BLOG is meant to function as an extension of the portfolio — albeit the rougher, more spasmodic version. Your feedback and criticism is encouraged, both concerning what you see here and what you don’t. If I can’t grow from this experience somehow, then it’s pointless.
And that’s about it, really. More than anything, tink of the following as my of doing some “visual” thinking out-loud, if that makes any sense, and giving you (friends? clients? voyeurs?) an opportunity to become a part of the process. I won’t spend too much time planning or thinking about what it is I ought to do — good things have a way of developing a life of their own, and I’d like this to be a good thing. So instead, I’ll just focus on going on and doing it. Come. What. May.
